My experience with Albi has been a rollercoaster with a lot of highs and some lows. Overall being a VC startup we have gone through a ton of changes but it is 100% for the better. The potential to grow here and the culture is amazing. Input and feedback to sales leaders is not only heard but respected and valued. You don’t feel like a replaceable person and feel valued here. Inbound leads are not good on the SDR side but I personally don’t mind as again being VC start up we need to do a ton of outreach to put the brand out there.

This company has potential to be great. Like many smaller start ups, there are growing pains. The head of sales at the time I was there was not required to be in office everyday and lived two states away. The entire team was required daily. This created some friction. Additionally, management at the time was metric obsessed. You could book 3 meetings off of 20...Read More

Albiware is a transitional experience at best. While its product is useful in its market space. There are a lot of limitations when it comes to organization and direction for the company.
