The head of sales at the time I was there was not required to be in office everyday and lived two states away. The entire team was required daily. This created some friction.
Additionally, management at the time was metric obsessed. You could book 3 meetings off of 20 calls, and there would be someone on your back about why you didn't make 60 calls. Not taking in account time to prospect and research leads.
WFH was held hostage if you didn't hit activity numbers even if you were booking meetings. At the time I left, most of the top performers on the team did as well.
Not sure what changes have been made since then, but this will be a company that is a revolving door of reps until they can actually scale the success they saw with a smaller team before my time. There is nepotism here as well. Browse Other Reviews
