I don't necessarily believe that SDRs are set up for success initially. Enablement is lacking structure, especially in an enterprise selling role.

The product misses significant enterprise features. Even though Alation has great inbound lead flow, the solution had difficulty competing even though the company employs good SE's and architects to work on deals. The product issues soured the vibes within the sales and sales-related departments even though the company had a generally good culture.

Mildly positive. Company lacks vision and they have junior managers running the sales organization. Typical, they over-hired and no one is making money on the sales side.
