My overall experience was good. It’s been a great start in my SaaS career. Anyways, when targets were implicated, no one achieved them. The targets were only achieved when the team was reduced to two SDRs.

I had the best colleagues ever otherwise I would have left the company earlier. Compensation is shitty and there is a cliff at 60% quota attainment. If you don’t reach that you get 0€ commission.
