Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I had the best colleagues ever otherwise I would have left the company earlier. Compensation is shitty and there is a cliff at 60% quota attainment. If you don’t reach that you get 0€ commission.
Also the leadership has no sales background and doesn‘t really understand sales. The product is more a nice to have so not the best product market fit, but the handling and surface of the solution is very intuitive and customers like it a lot if they decide to buy the solution.
ADRs are really good and you don’t have to to own outreach.
Managers in sales are sadly not experienced enough to handle pressure and lead and coach the team. Browse Other Reviews
