The 2 layoffs which affected roughly 40% of the company eroded Airtables culture and left sellers with an increased workload and a lack of post-sales support. In EMEA there is no marketing budget, which in turn means your leads and opportunities come entirely from cold outbound (the expectation is dedicating at least 9 hours per week to sending cold emails) and converting existing users. A majority of your deals will come from existing users, the revenue baseline for these accounts will be dependent on their spend on the self-service plans.
