Great product. Culture is broken -- leading to overoptimization on people that can manage upwards but add little other value. If C-suite had the guts to actually solicit feedback throughout the org, they'd understand they keep on hiring + promoting C players

My overall experience was good, worked with great people, smart people. Has been a lot of changes new leadership etc so don’t know how it is now.
