My overall experience was not great at the company. There is no room for growth and constant changes in management and goals. There is a lot of favouritism and promotions are mainly based on who you are friends with and not your results or skills. The base salary is also very low and stays the same even if you are promoted.

Lots of inbound leads, heavier focus on outbound sourcing. Frequent changes in leadership as the company scales.
