My overall experience was not great at the company. There is no room for growth and constant changes in management and goals. There is a lot of favouritism and promotions are mainly based on who you are friends with and not your results or skills. The base salary is also very low and stays the same even if you are promoted.

Great company to work for with a large amount of leads coming in. It is highly achievable to hit your OTE so despite smaller package, it is realistic! Aircall has gone through many leadership changes in the last few months. The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push".
