The first few years working at Aircall were incredible -- we had strong leadership, focus, and were paid fairly. Within the past 2 years, the company has completely fell off. They cannot hold a sales leader and there's absolutely no focus/direction from above.

My overall experience at Aircall was good. It's a great starting point to become an AE and gain first closing experiences. Prospection is becoming more and more important, so if you have an outbound mindset, this job is right for you!
