There is a lot of favouritism and promotions are mainly based on who you are friends with and not your results or skills. The base salary is also very low and stays the same even if you are promoted.

The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push". Overall, great place to learn and get started, but a good basketball analogy would be that Aircall is playing in the NBA with a High School coach and a College League...Read More

Former Employee2.3Jun 25, 2024The first few years working at Aircall were incredible -- we had strong leadership, focus, and were paid fairly. Within the past 2 years, the company has completely fell off. They cannot hold a sales leader and there's absolutely no focus/direction from above.
