My overall experience at Aircall was good. It's a great starting point to become an AE and gain first closing experiences. Prospection is becoming more and more important, so if you have an outbound mindset, this job is right for you!

Aircall has gone through many leadership changes in the last few months. The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push". Overall, great place to learn and get started, but a good basketball analogy would be that Aircall is playing in the NBA with a High School coach and a College League...Read More
