Aircall has gone through many leadership changes in the last few months. The company values have not been mentioned in over a year, and all we hear in the Monthly Reviews is "efficiency" and "push". Overall, great place to learn and get started, but a good basketball analogy would be that Aircall is playing in the NBA with a High School coach and a College League team and buget.

The first few years working at Aircall were incredible -- we had strong leadership, focus, and were paid fairly. Within the past 2 years, the company has completely fell off. They cannot hold a sales leader and there's absolutely no focus/direction from above.
