Not a great experience. The company pivoted away from SMB and quickly changed how we were comped which made hitting quota almost impossible. My manager left the company a few months into me working there and he was replaced with someone who had never led an AE team before.

This is super competitive market which make it tough to sell into as the market is making this space a race to the bottom and everyone is constantly adjusting. This being said Airbase leadership is pretty great and makes the job worth keeping if you are committed to the vertical

No one on the team hits quota. I asked about this when interviewing, and was lied to. You will likely not make much more than your base. You learn real quick, once you're assigned your accounts, that the amount of SalesForce "ghosts" (people who had the accounts before you, who are no longer active) does not align with the age of the company.
