High base pay is nice; there is an Inbound AE team and an Outbound AE team so the Outbound team sees very little inbound leads. Additionally, we aren't connected to our marketing team for MQLs and using our own CRM which makes it difficult to work efficiently at times.

Great product, and perfectly serves its market. Largely a PLG company so reps often not looked after compared to its competitors.
