Great product, and perfectly serves its market. Largely a PLG company so reps often not looked after compared to its competitors.

Created a lot of incentives over the last two years to earn extra cash by converting customers to annual for example. Changed compensation model now which makes it way harder to hit target. Product is not tailored towards growth with existing customer base.

Activecampaign is a great company to work for and has really good opportunities for growth. Just realise that the company is growing really fast and you should be comfortable with change. Growth with gratitude is one of their core values.
