My overall experience was really poor. It was always a fight to secure raises, even when they were deserved. And then fighting accounting to pay correctly has been a constant challenge the past 1-2 years.

So much potential, so many frustrating challenges. Lots of disconnect between departments, upper management had little interest in product investment, and nothing was ever someone's problem (always someone else's problem).
