So much potential, so many frustrating challenges. Lots of disconnect between departments, upper management had little interest in product investment, and nothing was ever someone's problem (always someone else's problem). Could be a fantastic company with industry leading solutions. Compensation was generally good, and with incentives, multi-year deals, etc., you could easily crush your plan.

This is the worst professional experience I have ever had. You won't get paid or have transparency into your pay. Leadership is for the most part awful. You have no onboarding and you will want to stay under the radar unless you want to be scape goat for the poor performance. My overall experience was really poor. It was always a fight to secure raises, even when they were deserved. And then fighting accounting to pay correctly has been a constant challenge the past 1-2 years.
