Sr leadership continues to find ways of paying reps less and less each year. It's actually shocking some of the ways they are accomplishing this. Fair warning- don't take a sales job here. The "good ol' days" are most certainly gone. And leadership doesn't seem to care about how little they pay their reps in the slightest bit. There are MUCH better paying fintech jobs out there!

Sales leadership has changed and there is a hit to moral. Numbers aren’t realistic.

Good product, poor lead generation, commission structure isn't great. Sales process is long and products are priced well above market rate.
