My organization lasted just under 2 years. Anyone that would have researched the market for more than a few hours would have know the organization was going to fail at the start. Poor planning lead to its demise.

I was there for 22 years and had many territory changes, mergers, reorganizations and product strategy changes. There were great people and training. There was not much of a career path.
