Quota was sometimes extremely unattainable based on market demands and AT&T infrastructure and capability to meet customer demands. Most frustrating thing was customer credits - company took forever to issue credits but NEVER had a problem charging customer bills and late fees. Extremely frustrating when customers/potential new customers have negative experiences in receiving credits they rightfully deserve and can end up slowing down or even closing down any new by opportunities.
