This job used to be a solid option. You used to be able to sell to a mix of existing and new mid-market customers to achieve targets. In 2023 they took those accounts away and primarily focus on non-billing SMB customers. During this time Micromanagement was ramaped up to unbearable levels. Avoid AT&T Business Sales at all cost.

The In-Home-Expert channel is a good channel to be a part of in regards to some levels of flexibility. You are a Salary + Commission employee, receive a company phone and car and you visit technician appointments and sell cellular services to consumers. There are no warm leads, just pure surprise.
