Solid opportunity for Entry level sales career. Once you get to Sales Manager its hard to climb the ladder from there. Most SM's sit in the role for 5-10 years before getting a look for a Director role. Leadership is full of outdated dinosaurs and rarely are open to fresh prospective.

AT&T Business Org is going through major changes, including new systems that are very buggy and make doing the job very difficult. There has also been significant quota increases while limiting the products we get compensated for. The top TEAMS currently are only hitting >70% of quota.
