Lots of opportunity to grow and learn, great job to have if you are trying to break into tech sales, there are a lot of sales tools and good training. Lots of benefits and fringe incentives like PTO flexible hybrid schedule. Can be fully remote after 18 months (probably sooner if you’re a top performer who REQUIRES flexibility).

It's all right if you need a job and will withstand any recession. However, the pay will be consistently low, and this company will use every opportunity to cut costs. If you make "too much", they will knock you down a peg and your new compensation plan will involve you selling more for less.
