ADP can very good ans very challenging depending on your market. East Coast markets near the headquarters of NJ do very well bc of the brand name. Other markets can suffer significantly. It depends on where you are and who your leaders are. Overall, it's still a great organization.

Outbound pays a low salary and they do not communicate about your territory until it is late. Those who have great territories do well. ADP knows which territories will sell more and which ones won't. Low end territories will be bigger challenges with VAR specialists, CPA DM's and others going into your accounts and closing them where you will get nothing out of...Read More
