Great job right out of college. Fantastic training and management varies by team but have had great experience so far. Wish the base pay was higher but opportunity is there to make decent commission.

At least in my former market, Management tends to favor reps they like the most. I had zero support from my SE. ADP obviously has a great product and vast resources, in that sense, it truly feels like you're playing for the winning team, all of the competitors basically follow what ADP is doing.

ADP can be great, but their base pay is well below the market. ADPs strategy is it doesn’t matter who makes the sale as long as ADP gets the sale regardless of what policy sales otherwise. Opportunity protection barely exist. On the good side you can earn good commission and once over year quota your commission doubles.
