ADP pays their employees too little and their slt team is out of touch and thinks we want pizza parties rather than raises. The implementation team for our new platform ranges from good to awful with some implementation people causing deals to push.

Very high turnover, opportunity is not equally distributed. Leaders have the tendency to choose favorites and provide them with better opportunity.

ADP has a great product in an over saturated industry. Dependent on role type, you either have partners to pull referrals from or find new on your own. They place an emphasis on training, but this is a beginner role based off of total compensation.

Huge company, with many different teams and opportunities. In coming years the mid-market divisions will struggle to compete with the new and disruptive companies that are leading with innovation. Company culture hasn't changed since the 90s and that is reflected in the salaries too.
