Former Employee3.9Aug 17, 2023The training and culture is great. But the comp is all over. Only the top 10% of the lucky few will make big money. The rest will have to grind to make a mint. Lots of reps in office small amount of territory to fight over with so many people selling in the same place. Overall great place to start your sales career but only stay if you get that lucky spot.
