Outstanding, growth focused company with one of the best sales organizations in the world. Culture varies by region, but every comp plan pays lucratively for performance. Sellers have access to every modern tech stack tool they need, with some of the best training and development programs out there. The best reps take full advantage of every resource made available to them.

Market leader in this space. Ton of payroll/HCM providers which can make selling difficult. Roughly 10%-15% of reps hit quota (BOP very low). A lot of sales in this industry come strictly from timing. SBS is not necessarily for a long term career, more of a churn and burn.
