Great training! Sets you up for a great career in sales. You can choose to work there for a couple years and go to another opportunity or build a career within ADP. Lots of options and I highly recommend working here as a new or current sales rep.

This role is a non stop grind. Be prepared to come call and foot prospect into most of your deals. Quotas attainment is most important to the company.

The MAS organization is extremely disorganized. If you are in the core space you can only sell to companies that have 50-149 employees, anything outside of that requires you to split a deal with a partner.
