Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee ADP is a great company. The SMB space is definitely better for entry level or no exp sales reps. Reps are responsible for the full sales cycle. Prospecting to closing and supporting implementation. As well as nurturing clients, and cross-selling other solutions. Lead flow is heavily predicated off of referring partnerships that are created and curated by the rep. ADP has national partnerships, but is on the rep to develop that channel relationship.
