Churn and burn grindhouse with very little to offer in 2025. Used to be a decent name on your resume but now it's hardly even that. 0 diversity, childish locker room/cheerleader culture, and some of the worst leadership I've ever encountered. If you have no options, it's a great place to learn the worst parts about the sales world.

Very difficult to sell doing outbound to new clients. Moderate in inbound and to existing clients. Commissions and accelerators are attractive, but there's a clawback clause and reps have zero influence in implementation.
