ADP is a proven company in an industry that's been around for well over 50 years. Although that gives you recognizability and credibility working for them, it's also a watered down market where product alone will not win you deals. Relationships and having a good territory are the most important factors in gaining success at ADP in the upmarket or enterprise sectors. If you get stuck with a bad territory or you're never promoted off "the bench" it's just a matter of time until you fizzle out.

I have had a very positive sales career thus far at ADP. However over the last 2 years there have been continuous changes to how accounts are aligned, resulting in lots of changes YoY and quota’s continue to increase.

Good learning experience for sales. Really helped that they had a good training program, but professionalism is not the best.
