Honestly pretty good so far. Just be coachable and have good work ethic. Compensation definitely leaves a lot to be desired though. Benefits however, are top notch, which is expected of the top dog in payroll/HR outsourcing

Training and development was great. Territory was over saturated and direct manager played favorites with reps when disputes arose within accounts. Frequently had reps steal accounts I had developed.
