Current Employee2.9Aug 9, 2024The most successful people in my role have internal and external partners who send them leads. Then, when you add in your self-gen efforts, you should have no problem exceeding your quota. If you are totally self-gen and lack support from your leader you will struggle.

One week they can be gold and then the next two weeks they are garbage. You are expected to sell and set up accounts which makes the job 10x more stressful.
