Compensation very low unless you are well above 100% for additional multipliers. OTE for 100% quota attainment for year 1 as an ADM is $55k and year 2 as a DM $72k. Not explained well to myself or other reps upon interview or starting. Most expensive solution in the industry in most cases unless we discount. Otherwise great culture, flexibility, and product fit.

ADP's core product (full-service payroll processing) faces increasing competition year after year from lower cost startups and and an endless list of competitors offering the same type of services. One's success in role will be dependent on product being sold and territory.

Very corporate-y. Manager could be hit or miss, make sure you vibe well. They will tell you what coprporate thinks u should hear, not necessarily what real rep thinks u should hear.
