ADP is a good stepping stone. Better off finding an AE role with better OTE and opportunity but ADP will take care of you if you do well to keep you around

I fell into the office as a new employee who had no back ground in HCM software. I was excited for the role, however besides the basic training, I did not receive additional support. Now, you're supposed to figure out sometimes on your own, but there was no leadership too. At the end, I got it more but I couldn't see myself there for long.

ADP has a very in-depth training program and my entire region's leadership is superb. My first week here I attended an award ceremony and really got ingrained into the company culture.
