What is the sales management style at ADP?

Can vary greatly. ADP is quick to promote people to mamagment, which has pros and cons. Those that are great salespeople do not always make great managers. However, there are som managers who are really great. Th good news is, you do have the ability to switch teams if your manager is really a problem, and ADP typically does a good job of moving bad managers out of the roles. They know who's good and who's bad.

Depends on the team. But, my mgr trusts us to do our job without hovering. However, they are on top of the numbers/productivity

Depends on the manager. All of em have to micro manage to a degree, but u might get one who is plain awful.  Interview ur manager like they interview you

My manager is great and I haven’t seen any bad managers but I have heard stories of folks they’ve gotten rid of in the past so maybe the answer is that most managers are good and they will get rid of bad managers?

This can vary greatly depending on the individual manager and division you are in. ADP TotalSource (PEO) has a high level of activity visibility across the division and scrutiny. For example, I receive multiple emails a day with an updated tracker with updated activity metrics.
