Have an interview scheduled for Strategic Account Executive - HRO Totalsource.  Can someone provide some insight on this role?  Annual quota, avg. quota attainment, metrics, etc.  Out of any division to sell for at ADP, how would you rank this?  How does this compare to Majors? Anything is helpful

Read the good & bad of peo’s

Rookie quota $200k
Normal $400-500k
Sr $600-$800
Elite $1M
Super elite $1.25M

Quota attainment is about 50% in the region, depending on market might be slightly higher or lower.

IMO- 2nd hardest to sell ( Hro comp) some markets have different competition for Peo.

Total source is a great product but demand can vary based on your location in the US. Quota first year is probably 180k. Majors sale is a little more transactional than HRO. It will be more about partnering with the business long term and understanding other goals outside of payroll.

Majors is more transactional. TotalSource is more consultative. Depends what kind of sales cycle you enjoy as to what you’d be a better fit for.

I worked at ADP 2 yrs ago so some of this may be outdated. TotalSource is their premier product to sell. I would not have ever considered selling in majors. TotalSource can provide a tremendous cost savings and value to your client. Quotas go up each yr with experience but are attainable
