Made good money before they blew up the sales structure and are now back to the old model after not coming close to their targets last year. New CEO, new CRO (who i've heard is terrible)...Great product but management is absolutely awful and doesn't understand the product. All former partners have no pull anymore since Genstar bought the company and destroyed a great thing.

Difficult to achieve OTE and accelerators in commission plan. Very low number achieved 100% OTE
