However, there has been no review of the lack of members hitting the quota when they have said to "always have your back". It is overall a good place if you are hitting quota but times have been tough and there hasnt been much of a pathway to make changes

Current Employee2.4Mar 19, 2024Commercial leaders put their bets on a select group (usually folks who were previously BDRs). Everyone else has to work non-stop & a million times harder to get deals. Would avoid - politics dictate your success here.
