There was a majority of reps greatly struggling to sell anything and it seemed like Net New meetings and opportunities were extremely hard to come by.
We had almost zero support from the BDR team and they leaned solely on the appointments I personally secured - making none of their own. They didn’t care about appointments, only mass emails.
I liked the folks I worked with until I realized how much it was a boy’s club and how women were being let go / laid off or leaving in drodes.
While I personally thought the technology was helpful, the reps weren’t using it (especially in the BDR team) which I thought was odd and telling.
I have had numerous people approach me about them interviewing there and couldn’t recommend it to anyone based on my experience.
