I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work at 1Password. It’s a great product that customers love with talented colleagues and amazing clients. As with any fast-paced company, there are lots of misses when it comes to being organized but overall it’s a positive environment where these shortcomings are celebrated as learnings. The original founders are still with the company and that has helped it maintain its fun culture despite all of the growing pains. As a person of color, I feel like it’s a safe environment and lots of ERG and DEIB events.

Great organization, moving fast, hiring fast. Growing pains are normal like every other company but employees are very well taken care of. Very little churn, and those who leave at typically very low performers or switch to another department. We have talented people supporting us across the org, so just need to take advantage.
