This company is a terrible place to work. The quotas are unreasonable, and favoritism is rampant, with certain reps receiving inbound leads while others are left struggling. Voicing concerns to leadership often leads to being managed out of the company. Account Managers’ book sizes have drastically decreased from 8,000 to just 700 accounts, including duplicates, churned, and miscategorized B2C accounts. You’ll be lucky to find 100 viable accounts to sell into due to poor data quality and fully penetrated customers. Micromanagement is extreme; you’re constantly monitored, required to maintain reports, and receive relentless Slack messages from managers. Calls are recorded, and missing recordings nullifies your effort. The CRM data is mostly inaccurate, and essential prospecting tools like Sales Navigator are not provided.
