Young sales org, they don't really know what they're doing. Comp is extremely low compared to industry average due to it being a Canadian HQ company. They are able to hire during a rough recession, but I imagine ppl will leave once it's an employee market again.

Culture is good, product is great in the market and general sentiment from clients is a great one. Base comp is not competitve and the commission structure is poor. Below market.
