I use to LOVE waking up and working at 1Password. It was truly a special company to work for. Now the culture is toxic, and GTM leadership is tone deaf to what is going on with no clear strategy on how to equip the teams for success. PIPs, micromanaging and throwing more people at the problem is the current strategy. Favouritism is rampant in lead distribution & many teams are working leads/accounts they are not suppose to.

1Password had a strong product market fit and happy customers with a promising future outlook. Comp package could use work.

So much potential with great Sales Reps that want to do well, but immaturity in how to continuing scaling the organization.
