15Five is a tough place for a sales person right now. Base salaries are below market, quotas are hit by no one, and OTE is a fairy tale.

My overall experience has been good, not great. It's a challenging sell since you're selling to an entire company vs a specific department. Management has improved over time but there is a bit of a disconnect at the executive level from revenue to product. Could be at a loss worse places.
