Great company, but a lot to figure out when it comes to leadership and processes. Startup is a very challenging space so the right leaders are important and it feels we lack clarity in the vision moving forward.

The company does not want to see you make money, as soon as someone hits quota they up it for the entire team. The longer you stay the harder it is to make the same amount of money. The company is trending downhill.
