The company does not want to see you make money, as soon as someone hits quota they up it for the entire team. The longer you stay the harder it is to make the same amount of money. The company is trending downhill.

I love my manager, she is what is keeping me at 15Five. Product Market fit is average at best. We are a "nice-to-have" product, not a "need-to-have." I will say that 15Five has a pretty strong reputation in the marketplace, but it is becoming crowded. Leadership has increased quota quarter over quarter since I've been there.
