Great product and sometimes culture, but they hired immature and inexperienced managers (ironic due to their solution supposedly improving manager effectiveness). HR type issue came up and they sided with manager over something extremely unethical.

An organization who has an opportunity to practice what we preach to others. There is extreme lack of internal mobility over multiple years. The people who work here make it special. There's an opportunity to remember where we came from to drive appreciation & growth again.

I love my manager, she is what is keeping me at 15Five. Product Market fit is average at best. We are a "nice-to-have" product, not a "need-to-have." My overall experience has been good, not great. It's a challenging sell since you're selling to an entire company vs a specific department. Management has improved over time but there is a bit of a disconnect at the executive level from revenue to product. Could be at a loss worse places.
