Continued shifts to personnel and strategy, in an effort to find product market fit, have affected the company incredibly adversely. The company is under-resourced in every capacity and leadership continues to make mind boggling decisions that make attracting new customers and decreasing churn nearly impossible.

My overall experience has been good, not great. It's a challenging sell since you're selling to an entire company vs a specific department. Management has improved over time but there is a bit of a disconnect at the executive level from revenue to product. Could be at a loss worse places.

An organization who has an opportunity to practice what we preach to others. There is extreme lack of internal mobility over multiple years. The people who work here make it special. There's an opportunity to remember where we came from to drive appreciation & growth again.
